What I do not agree with this the article is when you state that most of the social ills are located outside the hindi belt. UP and Bihar are considered most backward regions in India. They have a long way to go for development.

While you may be a Pakistani national and have your own thought process behind the map of languages. Even by your own view, you could have put the international map of India where it shows Kashmir is a disputed territory. By not putting Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh is problematic, even from Pakistan’s official standpoint.
